Social Recruiting is the new buzz word in talent acquisition today. This is so because, the employment landscape has significantly changed by the advent of growing technology and in recent times by the advent social media. According to Nielsen, internet users continue to spend more time with social media sites than any other type of site.
Social Media is here to stay or so it seems, and it can either be a friend or a foe, depending on its use. Hence, every forward looking organization is expected to embrace social media to support their talent acquisition efforts.
