    1. Hello Anthony, Thank you for your feedback and question. You can craft your CV for an HR job by thinking Transferable Skills. What are some of the things you have done in your current banking job that are transferable skills to an HR job. Do send a mail to if your require further help.

  2. Thank you very much for the privilege to listen to this podcast. Actually I had my first degree in Business Administration . But after I secured a job in a Health Maintenance organization, I found myself doing most of the HR Assistant jobs, like preparing appointment letters, preparing duty schedules , inviting applicants for interview and the rest of it. So I told myself I could go for a post graduate in Human resources course. I got admission to read Human resource Mgt and will be graduating by July this year. But the issue right now is that I really don’t know how how to get deeply into it. I have a longing desire to be an HR person .
How do I go about it .

More of what you need is attend more HR related training, get HR certifications in addition to your work experience. If you have a follow-up question, do send to, I wish you all the best. 🙂
